Meet Jade Valdes, Esq.

Valdes Law and Legal Services, PLLC wasn’t born from ambition. It was born from service and built with purpose. Everything I do is rooted in what someone once gave me. 

I started this firm after spending years doing what I love most: empowering others. Volunteerism makes up part of my DNA. Growing up, I participated in mentoring programs both as a beneficiary and as a mentor because I believe everyone has something to give. A story. A lesson. A strategy. A spark.

After passing the bar exam, I returned to my alma mater to mentor bar takers through their prep journey. Watching aspiring attorneys gain clarity and confidence fueled something in me. I had already been doing the work. So I built a practice around it—with structure, professionalism, and intention.

Before I became an attorney, I built a career in business, marketing, education, and compliance. I managed high-volume accounts, created continuing education programs, supported federal agencies, and advised executive teams. I’ve worked with global corporations, federal government offices, nonprofits, and political organizations. I have served as in-house counsel and risk analyst, supporting multi-stakeholder teams, contract negotiations, brand protection, and operational compliance.

This isn’t just a law practice. It’s the result of two decades of professional experience in leadership, service, and strategic decision-making.

I understand how businesses operate and what they need from their legal counsel. I bring the perspective of someone who has been in the room where decisions are made and knows how to turn legal insight into business solutions. I also know what it means to be mentored and what it takes to grow.

This firm reflects all of that. It is where legal clarity meets business-minded thinking. It is where service and skill meet. It is where I get to work with people who are building something of their own—and help them protect it, elevate it, and move it forward.
